Regional Training Consultant (Chattogram) – ERP Process Training

This role supports the growth of our ERP Process Training trainer pool and would suit a credible Regional Training Consultant available for assignments associated with Chattogram.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead ERP Process Training learning engagements for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make ERP Process Training content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured ERP Process Training training sessions for client teams linked to Chattogram and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Preferred Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in ERP Process Training; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in ERP Process Training with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
