Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec credibility and experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Xiamen, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

What Success Looks Like

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

• Deliver structured Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec training sessions for client teams linked to Xiamen and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
