Regional Training Consultant for IT Service Management – Amman

We are interested in hearing from experienced Regional Training Consultant professionals who can deliver IT Service Management training for organisations operating in and around Amman.

Assignment Overview

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead IT Service Management learning engagements for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Amman, Jordan, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

Delivery Scope

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

Candidate Profile

Relevant practitioner-level experience in IT Service Management; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Amman, Jordan, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
