Regional Training Consultant for Sales Leadership – Shanghai

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Sales Leadership and is looking for a credible Regional Training Consultant who can support assignments linked to Shanghai and wider regional demand.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Sales Leadership expertise and experience supporting commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Sales Leadership content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Sales Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Shanghai and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background

Demonstrable expertise in Sales Leadership; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; comfortable working in in-person environments.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Sales Leadership with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Shanghai, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Ideal candidates will have worked across sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
