Regional Training Consultant for Succession Planning & Talent Strategy – Hanoi

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Succession Planning & Talent Strategy and is looking for a credible Regional Training Consultant who can support assignments linked to Hanoi and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Succession Planning & Talent Strategy credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Hanoi, Vietnam, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Succession Planning & Talent Strategy content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Succession Planning & Talent Strategy training sessions for client teams linked to Hanoi and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
