Regional Training Consultant – Managing Hybrid Teams – Sharjah

We are interested in hearing from experienced Regional Training Consultant professionals who can deliver Managing Hybrid Teams training for organisations operating in and around Sharjah.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Managing Hybrid Teams assignments in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

What You Will Support

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Managing Hybrid Teams content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Managing Hybrid Teams; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
