Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Mandarin for Business and is looking for a credible Regional Training Consultant who can support assignments linked to Chengdu and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Mandarin for Business credibility and experience working with international teams, managers, and professional learners across Asia. The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

What You Will Support

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Mandarin for Business content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Mandarin for Business training sessions for client teams linked to Chengdu and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For
