Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Negotiation and is looking for a credible Regional Training Consultant who can support assignments linked to Muscat and wider regional demand.

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Negotiation assignments in Muscat, Oman, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

What You Will Support

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Negotiation content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Negotiation training sessions for client teams linked to Muscat and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Negotiation; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Negotiation with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Muscat, Oman, and wider Asia where relevant.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
