Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Data & Reporting and is looking for a credible Remote Training Specialist who can support assignments linked to Istanbul and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted specialist trainers for Data & Reporting assignments in Istanbul, Turkey, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

What You Will Support

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Data & Reporting content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Data & Reporting training sessions for client teams linked to Istanbul and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Data & Reporting; experience facilitating learning for business teams; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Data & Reporting with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Istanbul, Turkey, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
