Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Delegation & Accountability and is looking for a credible Remote Training Specialist who can support assignments linked to Islamabad and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

We are building our pool of trusted specialist trainers for Delegation & Accountability assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

What Success Looks Like

• Deliver structured Delegation & Accountability training sessions for client teams linked to Islamabad and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Delegation & Accountability with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Islamabad, Pakistan, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Hands-on credibility in Delegation & Accountability; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.
