A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible Remote Training Specialist in Workplace Ethics for assignments associated with Dhaka and the wider Asian market.
Role Overview
This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.
This opportunity is targeted at a strong specialist trainer with proven Workplace Ethics expertise and experience supporting regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
What You Will Support
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as One-Off Assignment work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Workplace Ethics content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Workplace Ethics training sessions for client teams linked to Dhaka and wider Asia.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrable expertise in Workplace Ethics; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Workplace Ethics with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Dhaka, Bangladesh, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
Ideal candidates will have worked across compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
