Remote Training Specialist for CRM & Business Systems – Taichung

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for CRM & Business Systems and is looking for a credible Remote Training Specialist who can support assignments linked to Taichung and wider regional demand.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on CRM & Business Systems credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Taichung, Taiwan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make CRM & Business Systems content easier to apply after the session.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in CRM & Business Systems; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in CRM & Business Systems with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
