Remote Training Specialist – Quality & Service Operations (Jakarta)

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Quality & Service Operations and is looking for a credible Remote Training Specialist who can support assignments linked to Jakarta and wider regional demand.

Opportunity Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on Quality & Service Operations credibility and experience working with operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Jakarta, Indonesia, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Quality & Service Operations content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Quality & Service Operations training sessions for client teams linked to Jakarta and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Quality & Service Operations; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Quality & Service Operations with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Jakarta, Indonesia, and wider Asia where relevant.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
