Remote Training Specialist – Sales Negotiation (Chennai)

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Sales Negotiation and is looking for a credible Remote Training Specialist who can support assignments linked to Chennai and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

We are building our pool of trusted specialist trainers for Sales Negotiation assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients raise commercial effectiveness, client engagement, and sales execution.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in Sales Negotiation; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Sales Negotiation with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Chennai, India, and wider Asia where relevant.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
