Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for SAP S/4HANA and is looking for a credible Remote Training Specialist who can support assignments linked to Wuhan and wider regional demand.

Brief Overview

Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver SAP S/4HANA training for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured SAP S/4HANA training sessions for client teams linked to Wuhan and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Candidate Background

Strong practical expertise in SAP S/4HANA; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in SAP S/4HANA with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Wuhan, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
