Remote Training Specialist (Singapore) – Key Account Management

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Key Account Management delivery and are now seeking a strong Remote Training Specialist for client needs connected to Singapore and Asia.

Position Summary

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on Key Account Management credibility and experience working with commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff in Singapore, Singapore, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients raise commercial effectiveness, client engagement, and sales execution.

What Success Looks Like

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Key Account Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Key Account Management training sessions for client teams linked to Singapore and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
