This brief is aimed at an experienced Training Programme Manager with real depth in Risk & Governance and the ability to support client-facing delivery linked to Fuzhou.
Opportunity Overview
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused training programme manager with hands-on Risk & Governance credibility and experience working with regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees in Fuzhou, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.
Key Areas of Responsibility
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Risk & Governance content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
Preferred Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Risk & Governance; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Risk & Governance with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Fuzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
