We are seeking a delivery-ready Capability Building Specialist with proven SAP S/4HANA capability for assignments connected to Samarkand, Uzbekistan, and broader Asia.

Opportunity Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on SAP S/4HANA credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as One-Off Assignment work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Deliver structured SAP S/4HANA training sessions for client teams linked to Samarkand and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in SAP S/4HANA; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in SAP S/4HANA with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Samarkand, Uzbekistan, and wider Asia where relevant.
