Role Overview

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Resilience & Adaptability content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Resilience & Adaptability training sessions for client teams linked to Beijing and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Resilience & Adaptability; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; comfortable working in in-person environments.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Resilience & Adaptability with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Beijing, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Ideal candidates will have worked across professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
