Client demand in Critical Thinking continues to develop, and we are adding capable Senior Facilitator profiles for work tied to Shenzhen and regional corporate teams.
Opportunity Overview
Client is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver Critical Thinking training for corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.
This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Critical Thinking content easier to apply after the session.
Preferred Background
Strong practical expertise in Critical Thinking; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
