We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for DevOps Awareness assignments in Xi’an, China, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

Delivery Scope

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Hands-on credibility in DevOps Awareness; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
