An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Digital Innovation learning engagements for professional teams, managers, and cross-functional business users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients translate emerging AI capability into practical business use and team-level adoption.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

What Success Looks Like

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Digital Innovation content easier to apply after the session.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
