A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible Senior Facilitator in Ethics & Conduct for assignments associated with Hong Kong and the wider Asian market.
Opportunity Overview
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Ethics & Conduct credibility and experience working with regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.
Key Areas of Responsibility
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Ethics & Conduct content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Ethics & Conduct training sessions for client teams linked to Hong Kong and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
Preferred Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Ethics & Conduct; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Ethics & Conduct with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
