Senior Facilitator – Problem Solving (Beijing)

This brief is aimed at an experienced Senior Facilitator with real depth in Problem Solving and the ability to support client-facing delivery linked to Beijing.

Position Summary

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Problem Solving assignments in Beijing, China, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

What Success Looks Like

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Deliver structured Problem Solving training sessions for client teams linked to Beijing and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in Problem Solving; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Problem Solving with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Beijing, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
