Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for SAP User Training assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

What You Will Support

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make SAP User Training content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured SAP User Training training sessions for client teams linked to Riyadh and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven subject-matter credibility in SAP User Training with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Hands-on credibility in SAP User Training; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.
