Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Scenario Planning and is looking for a credible Senior Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Karachi and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Scenario Planning credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Karachi, Pakistan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Scenario Planning content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Scenario Planning training sessions for client teams linked to Karachi and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Scenario Planning; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
