Senior Facilitator (Taichung) – ERP Process Training

An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead ERP Process Training learning engagements for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Delivery Scope

Candidate Profile

Relevant practitioner-level experience in ERP Process Training; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
