We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Automation delivery and are now seeking a strong Senior Facilitator for client needs connected to Ulaanbaatar and Asia.

Brief Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Automation credibility and experience working with professional teams, managers, and cross-functional business users across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients translate emerging AI capability into practical business use and team-level adoption.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Automation content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Automation training sessions for client teams linked to Ulaanbaatar and wider Asia.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Automation; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
