Sharjah-Based Remote Training Specialist – Coaching & Mentoring

This role supports the growth of our Coaching & Mentoring trainer pool and would suit a credible Remote Training Specialist available for assignments associated with Sharjah.

Brief Overview

Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver Coaching & Mentoring training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Remote / Virtual, and the role should be approached as a One-Off Assignment requirement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Coaching & Mentoring content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Candidate Background

Strong practical expertise in Coaching & Mentoring; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
