We are seeking a delivery-ready APAC Training Advisor with proven Succession Planning & Talent Strategy capability for assignments connected to Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and broader Asia.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Succession Planning & Talent Strategy credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Succession Planning & Talent Strategy content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Succession Planning & Talent Strategy training sessions for client teams linked to Sharjah and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
