Shenzhen CRM & Business Systems Regional Training Consultant

This role supports the growth of our CRM & Business Systems trainer pool and would suit a credible Regional Training Consultant available for assignments associated with Shenzhen.

Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver CRM & Business Systems training for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Deliver structured CRM & Business Systems training sessions for client teams linked to Shenzhen and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Who This Would Suit

Strong practical expertise in CRM & Business Systems; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in CRM & Business Systems with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Shenzhen, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
