Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver SOP Development training for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
