Brief Overview

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Data Literacy training for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users in Cebu City, Philippines, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Data Literacy training sessions for client teams linked to Cebu City and wider Asia.

Candidate Background

Strong practical expertise in Data Literacy; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Data Literacy with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Cebu City, Philippines, and wider Asia where relevant.
