• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in Teams Collaboration; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Availability for project-based work linked to Jakarta, Indonesia, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
