Subject Matter Trainer (Tel Aviv) – Difficult Conversations

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Difficult Conversations delivery and are now seeking a strong Subject Matter Trainer for client needs connected to Tel Aviv and Asia.

Position Summary

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Difficult Conversations assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Difficult Conversations content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in Difficult Conversations; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
