Subject Matter Trainer – Time Management & Personal Effectiveness (Osaka)

We are interested in hearing from experienced Subject Matter Trainer professionals who can deliver Time Management & Personal Effectiveness training for organisations operating in and around Osaka.

Opportunity Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Time Management & Personal Effectiveness expertise and experience supporting corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Osaka, Japan, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Time Management & Personal Effectiveness content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Time Management & Personal Effectiveness training sessions for client teams linked to Osaka and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background

Demonstrable expertise in Time Management & Personal Effectiveness; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Osaka, Japan, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
