Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Doha, Qatar, and wider Asia where relevant.
