We are seeking a delivery-ready Training Consultant with proven AI Governance Awareness capability for assignments connected to Surabaya, Indonesia, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for AI Governance Awareness assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients translate emerging AI capability into practical business use and team-level adoption.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

What You Will Support

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make AI Governance Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured AI Governance Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Surabaya and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in AI Governance Awareness; experience facilitating learning for business teams; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in AI Governance Awareness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
