We are seeking a delivery-ready Corporate Trainer with proven Stakeholder Management capability for assignments connected to Suzhou, China, and broader Asia.

Assignment Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable trainer who can lead Stakeholder Management learning engagements for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Suzhou, China, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

Delivery Scope

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Stakeholder Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Candidate Profile

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Stakeholder Management; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
