We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Intercultural Communication delivery and are now seeking a strong Hybrid Learning Consultant for client needs connected to Suzhou and Asia.
Role Overview
The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.
Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Intercultural Communication training for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.
What You Will Support
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Intercultural Communication content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Intercultural Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Suzhou and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
What We Are Looking For
Strong practical expertise in Intercultural Communication; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
