Taguig-Based Learning & Development Consultant – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion delivery and are now seeking a strong Learning & Development Consultant for client needs connected to Taguig and Asia.

Assignment Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Diversity, Equity & Inclusion expertise and experience supporting HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Taguig, Philippines, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

Delivery Scope

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Diversity, Equity & Inclusion content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training sessions for client teams linked to Taguig and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrable expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
