Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong coach with proven Digital Transformation expertise and experience supporting professional teams, managers, and cross-functional business users across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Coaching support.

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in Digital Transformation; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Digital Transformation with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Taguig, Philippines, and wider Asia where relevant.
