Delivery Scope

  • Deliver structured Time Management & Personal Effectiveness training sessions for client teams linked to Taipei and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Time Management & Personal Effectiveness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Taipei, Taiwan, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Strong practical expertise in Time Management & Personal Effectiveness; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
