We are seeking a delivery-ready Hybrid Learning Consultant with proven Data & Reporting capability for assignments connected to Taipei, Taiwan, and broader Asia.

Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Data & Reporting training for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

What Success Looks Like

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Data & Reporting training sessions for client teams linked to Taipei and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Who This Would Suit

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Data & Reporting with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Taipei, Taiwan, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Strong practical expertise in Data & Reporting; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
