Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced advisor to deliver Intercultural Communication training for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

What Success Looks Like

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Intercultural Communication content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Intercultural Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Taoyuan and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Who This Would Suit

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Intercultural Communication with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Taoyuan, Taiwan, and wider Asia where relevant.

Strong practical expertise in Intercultural Communication; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
