Brief Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Lean Awareness expertise and experience supporting operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and across Asia. From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Lean Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Lean Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Tashkent and wider Asia.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in Lean Awareness; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Lean Awareness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and wider Asia where relevant.
