We are seeking a delivery-ready Workshop Facilitator with proven Learning & Development capability for assignments connected to Tehran, Iran, and broader Asia.
Role Overview
We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Learning & Development assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.
What You Will Support
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Learning & Development content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Learning & Development training sessions for client teams linked to Tehran and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
What We Are Looking For
Hands-on credibility in Learning & Development; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
