Delivery Scope

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec training sessions for client teams linked to Tianjin and wider Asia.

Candidate Profile

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Demonstrable expertise in Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
