Training Consultant (Astana) – IT Service Management

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for IT Service Management delivery and are now seeking a strong Training Consultant for client needs connected to Astana and Asia.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on IT Service Management credibility and experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Deliver structured IT Service Management training sessions for client teams linked to Astana and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in IT Service Management; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in IT Service Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Astana, Kazakhstan, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
