Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Audit Awareness and is looking for a credible Training Consultant who can support assignments linked to Changsha and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Audit Awareness credibility and experience working with regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

What Success Looks Like

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Audit Awareness content easier to apply after the session.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Audit Awareness; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Audit Awareness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Changsha, China, and wider Asia where relevant.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
